Our Mission
Too many people are told that weight changes, exhaustion, brain fog, low libido, or losing confidence are simply things they have to accept. Dr. Tyra built Leap 4 Health to offer adults a more personal path forward.
Leap 4 Health is an inclusive clinical care platform serving adults across weight, metabolic health, hormones, menopause, sexual wellness, and prevention. Get It Back Girl is Dr. Tyra's women-centered movement and specialty community within that broader mission.
The experience is virtual, private, and built around real clinical judgment. Technology makes care easier to access, but the relationship and the personalized plan remain at the center.

Leap 4 Health is led by Dr. Tyra Ousley, a Family Nurse Practitioner and Nurse Educator with more than 30 years of experience helping people transform their health. Dr. Tyra built this platform because she saw firsthand how many patients fall through the cracks of the traditional healthcare system -- waiting weeks for appointments, struggling to find providers who listen, and giving up on care altogether.
Our care model combines Dr. Tyra's direct oversight with a team of supervised providers, all licensed in the states we serve. Every case is reviewed by a qualified clinician. AI assists with documentation and triage, but clinical decisions are always made by a human provider.
